Pursuant to Florida Statute 28.24(27)(b) there is a $5.00 fee per month, added to your monthly payments.

 

Accepted Forms of Payment

Payments can be made online, by phone at 407-547-3318 (6.0% service fee), in person or any Amscot location. If paying in person after hours, use the drop box and make sure to include name and case or ticket number associated with the payment.

  • Cash
  • Check (name & address required on check either pre-printed or hand written verified with Driver License)
  • Money Order
  • Debit or Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover (All debit cards will be processed as credit and ID will be required when paying in person). There is a 3.5% fee for all Debit/Credit Card payments.

Payment Information

Down Payment
  • All down payments will be due upon approval of application.
    • Criminal – The first payment plan is considered the Initial Payment Plan. If you default, any payment plan thereafter will be considered a Supplemental Payment Plan.
      • Initial Payment Plan: Down payment of $100.00 or 10% of the balance owed, whichever is less
      • First Supplemental Payment Plan: Down payment of $200.00 or 20% of the balance owed, whichever is less
      • Second Supplemental Payment Plan: Down payment of $300.00 or 30% of the balance owed, whichever is less
      • Third Supplemental and beyond: Down payment of $500.00 or 40% of the balance owed, whichever is less
  • Traffic – Civil Infractions
    • Initial Payment Plan: 10% of total balance owed but no less than $25.00

Monthly Payment
  • Criminal – Pursuant to Statute 28.246(4)(b) the monthly payment will be 2% of the person’s annual net income, divided by 12; or $25.00, whichever is greater
  • Traffic – Civil Infractions, for balances due of:
    Less than $170 4 monthly payments  
    From $170 to $500 6 monthly payments  
    More than $500 12 monthly payments
