All Passport Applications are REQUIRED to be completed prior to your arrival. If you need assistance, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Please note that we do not process adult passport renewals.

What To Bring To Your Appointment
  • All applicants must be present, including children
  • Completed Passport Application
  • Evidence of U.S. Citizenship
    • Original Birth Certificate
    • Naturalization Certificate
  • Government Issued Photo ID
    • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
    • Valid Military ID
    • Valid Passport
  • One passport photo. Photos can be taken in our office for $15.00.
  • U.S. Department of State fees must be paid by check or money order

    • Please note that U.S. Department of State fees are separate from the clerk fees.

Adult Over 16 Years Old:

  • Passport Book : $130
  • Passport Card: $30

Child 0-15 Years Old:

  • Passport Book: $100
  • Passport Card: $15

Expedited fees: Additional $60 per application

Express Return Mail Fee (Book Only): $19.53.

Clerk processing fee: $35.00
